Paul Coleman – President, Creation Design Inc.

Experience

With decades of experience working in the Technology, and Manufacturing space, I understand the challenges you face.

Working as a mold designer straight out of college, I learned the importance of paying attention to even the smallest of details. In 1992 I moved into Sales and Marketing working for both small and medium sized companies. There, I had the opportunity to see the impact that both good and bad investments in marketing can have.

When I opened Creation Design in 2010 I decided that before taking on a project it had to make sense. Not just for my business but for yours. Many years ago I heard the saying, “Don’t kill the chicken to get the egg.” It is such a simple concept but it embodies what I believe. We strive for long term, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers.

At Creation Design we are committed to creating the highest quality products for our clients. We purposely keep an intimate customer base because we treat our clients’ businesses as if they were our own. We understand that budgets for marketing can be tight so we strive to create products and solutions that will have long-term value for our clients. Whether it be a website, virtual tour or a corporate video, we develop it in a way that you are empowered to continue telling your story!

Why Creation Design?

We chose the name Creation Design because we wanted to remind ourselves of our Guiding Principles.

To Create something exceptional you need to be a Craftsman.

Whether our customer is a service provider or a manufacturer we understand that they take their craft seriously and so do we. We endeavour to use our full talents, treating each clients project as if it were our own.

To Create something of interest you need to have Creativity.

Creativity isn’t just a talent you are born with. Being creative takes time, energy and focus. We study the latest trends and use all the latest tools and equipment to make sure our customers projects are relevant and captivate audiences.

To Create something of Value you have to have Comprehension

We value listening and work to comprehend each customer’s unique needs to ensure each project is not just valued by our customer emotionally but has functional value in its return on investment.

To Create something impactful you have to have Conviction

We believe we ourselves are Creations, created by a loving Creator who has commanded us to Love our neighbours as ourselves. Matthew 22:35-40. We endeavour to follow this not just in our personal lives but also in our business dealings.
